The Swinton House and Jacob’s Brew House Appoint Chef Prince Beniwal as Corporate Chef
The Swinton House and Jacob’s Brew House in Jaipur have appointed Chef Prince Beniwal as Corporate Chef. He will oversee culinary operations, menu development and kitchen management across the two establishments.
Chef Prince joins the Jaipur-based venues after serving as Head Chef at Haveli in Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, where he led kitchen operations, developed menus and managed food safety standards.
His previous leadership roles include Brand Executive Chef at Swinton House & Prankster F&B Campus, Executive Chef at Bellagio India and Aviary Cocktail Nest in Delhi, and Executive Sous Chef at Molecule Air Bar in Agra.
Earlier in his career, Chef Prince worked with My Bar, Nueva, The Groghead, Grub House and Re Café & Bar in Delhi, gaining experience across different restaurant formats and food service operations.
His culinary expertise spans Continental, Modern Indian, Modern European, gastropub, brunch, grill and fusion cuisines. He also has experience in menu engineering, food costing, inventory management, kitchen operations, hygiene compliance and standard operating procedures.
In his new role, Chef Prince will focus on menu development, seasonal offerings and kitchen operations, with an emphasis on food quality and consistency across The Swinton House and Jacob’s Brew House.
