Its automated agents carry out direct interventions during service. These include suspending and reactivating store listings, resolving menu or order discrepancies, and maintaining location visibility across delivery applications.
Catapult CEO Jake Schostak said: “Partnering with Sous Chef gives us the infrastructure and software to keep scaling our platform.
“Our aspiration is to grow to thousands of restaurants in the coming years, and Sous Chef is what lets us get there without adding complexity for our partners or our team.”
Under the agreement, Catapult gains direct access to the vendor’s application programming interface. This will allow its internal teams to build tailored operational tools and workflows on the platform.
Data from the technology provider’s broader network indicates that venues using the service recorded a 58% drop in downtime and a 33% reduction in order cancellations during their first 90 days on the system.
The deployment represents one of the supplier’s largest rollouts to date, coming as restaurant businesses handle higher delivery volumes and seek centralised operational tools.
Sous Chef CEO Marcel Grangien said: “Catapult is growing fast, and at that scale delivery has to run reliably across thousands of storefronts at once. That is exactly what Sous Chef was built for.
“It runs the entire operation from one place, with AI agents on every storefront that find and fix problems in real time, before they cost orders. This is what autonomous delivery operations look like, and it is what lets Catapult scale without limits.”
