Chef Ganesh Singh has been appointed Executive Chef at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata & Ozone Convention Centre, where he will oversee the property’s culinary operations and food and beverage strategy.
In his new role, Singh will focus on strengthening the culinary identity of the property’s food and beverage outlets, including Kava and Vertex, while supporting the hotel’s positioning as a destination for social celebrations, corporate events and dining experiences.
His priorities include developing Kava’s buffet offering, strengthening Vertex’s rooftop bar proposition and enhancing the property’s overall food and beverage operations.
