What does a Pistachio and Yuzu Kosho Panino, brisket sandwich and quesabirria tacos have in common? They’re all dishes featured in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 2026 Chef Series.
This year’s lineup showcases a diverse array of Tampa Bay chefs, tacqueros and pitmasters.

Among the local chefs featured in this year’s iteration are: Geraldo Bayona of Columbia Restaurant; Joseph Palau of Flan Factory; Yádid Garcia of Tacos Las Californias; Eric Fralick of Kinjo; Justin Shwetzer of inbetweendays; Louis Pappas of Louis Pappas; Jessica Cordova of Taco Riendo; Pamela Smith and former Buccaneer’s defensive back and pitmaster Johnny Ray of Jazzy’s BBQ; and restaurateur Nate Siegel of Cheeky’s.
At every Buccaneers home game one chef will be featuring their signature dish for purchase at three different locations at Raymond James Stadium. The three locations to snag the dishes are at the Hyundai Club in section 209, Stadium Club in section 237 and at the 100 Level in section 108.
Other featured dishes will include a chicken tamal, Greek-A-Dilla, Cheeky’s Po-Boy, mojo pork sandwich, chori-pan sandwich and the Loco Moco Rice Bowl.
