Key points

The Bellagio Fountain Club returns for the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix from November 19 to 21, offering trackside views from a multi-tiered VIP venue built over the Bellagio lagoon.

The culinary lineup includes José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Michael Mina, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, plus newcomers such as Rhoda Magbitang, Maneet Chauhan, and David Nayfeld.

Three-night passes start at $7,750 per person and include live chef stations and a cocktail program featuring Sip & Guzzle, Superbueno, and Schmuck.

If you’re watching the Las Vegas Grand Prix, the best seat in the house isn’t just trackside — it’s also built directly over the Bellagio lagoon. During race weekend from November 19 to 21, 2026, MGM Resorts will convert the space in front of the Fountains of Bellagio into the Bellagio Fountain Club, a multi-tiered VIP venue sitting along the circuit’s main straightaway. Spectators can watch race cars reach speeds exceeding 215 mph while sampling dishes prepared live by an ensemble of acclaimed chefs.

The Fountain Club operates more like a high-end food festival than a typical buffet dinner at a sports event. Participating chefs staff dedicated cooking stations across the venue throughout all three evenings, serving signature small plates, custom bites, and pop-up collaborations.

José Andrés, David Chang, and more return

The 2026 lineup brings back returning fixtures like José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, and Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. For chefs who have participated since the inaugural race, the format offers a chance to double down on crowd favorites.

“After three years trackside, I know that whatever we do, we’re going to have caviar!” says chef Michael Mina. “We’ve served mini caviar parfaits from Michael Mina at Bellagio, which brings together flavors and textures to create one amazing bite. It’s perfect for guests wanting to try lots of great dishes at Bellagio Fountain Club.”

Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings back his brisket topped with a signature black-pepper condiment, alongside an annual trackside partnership with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. “I love the collab I have with chef Morimoto,” Vongerichten says. “We do something different every year.”

Morimoto says the fast-paced energy keeps them trying new things. “From year one, we’ve experienced such high energy and a rush, so we are always looking to raise the bar every year,” Morimoto says. “We must do something that guests will come back for seconds, thirds, and fourths!”

New chefs join the Formula 1 lineup

This year’s roster also introduces several notable newcomers. The additions include executive chef Eleazar Villanueva from MGM Grand’s two–Michelin–star restaurant Joël Robuchon; David Nayfeld of San Francisco’s Che Fico; Maneet Chauhan, the two-time winner of Food Network’s Tournament of Champions; and Rhoda Magbitang, the 2026 champion of Bravo’s Top Chef.

Magbitang plans to bring a deliberate, technique-driven approach from her restaurant CanoeHouse. “F1 is all about speed and high energy, but the dish I wanted to create is almost the opposite — it takes time, patience, rest, and a lot of technique to get right,” Magbitang says. “I want the station to still feel exciting and connected to the energy of the weekend, but also give guests a moment to slow down and appreciate the craft behind what they’re eating.”

The cocktail program will feature drinks from top bar talent, including Shingo Gokan (whose venue Sip & Guzzle was named North America’s No. 1 bar for 2026), as well as fellow lauded New York City cocktail bars Superbueno and Schmuck.

Chef Britt Rescigno, a champion on Food Network’s Chopped, is leaning into the high-octane energy of a Las Vegas race weekend. “I want to bring sexy food to the Fountain Club — bold, craveable Italian flavors with a little swagger and a lot of personality,” Rescigno says. “Think rich, salty, bright, saucy, and just a little over the top in the best possible way. It’s F1 in Las Vegas, so this isn’t the weekend to be shy.”

Three-night passes for the venue start at $7,750 via MGM Resorts.

Rescigno has a simple measure of success: “I want people eating at our station, laughing, having a great time and thinking, ‘Damn, that was good.'”
