On Friday night in Beverly Hills, Dior welcomed guests to the debut of Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, its first full-service restaurant in the U.S., with an intimate VIP dinner.
The evening drew Hollywood’s established and emerging talent alongside Los Angeles’ top content creators, including Tracee Ellis Ross, Lakeith Stanfield, Adrien Brody, Maude Apatow, Madelaine Petsch, Ava Phillippe, Alexandra Shipp, Jurnee Smollett, Ashley Benson, Emma Brooks and Aimee Song.

Crenn herself was there, moving through the room and personally greeting each table.
“It’s from the heart,” she said of the dishes.
The French chef behind San Francisco’s renowned Atelier Crenn — the first woman in the U.S. to earn three Michelin stars — brings her signature artistry to Dior once again, following her debut collaboration with Café Dior by Dominique Crenn in Dallas’ Highland Park Village last February.
Served on Dior tableware, the evening’s highlights in Beverly Hills included the delicate $175 caviar service with smoked crème fraîche and egg yolk jam; the flavorful and earthy $39 black truffle agnolotti in mushroom consommé, and Crenn’s signature $62 guinea hen rodeo (with maitake mushroom, pickled turnips and potato millefeuille). For dessert: the $21 feuilles caramel (with hojicha tea bavarois, salted caramel and almond) and $22 coconut rosé (with raspberries and pistachio). Each dish carries a nod to couture and cinema: the agnolotti references Charlize Theron’s 2006 J’Adore campaign, while the coconut cream tart draws inspiration from Jean Seberg in Jean-Luc Godard’s “Breathless.”
Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn is poised to become an immediate hot spot when it officially opens for lunch on Friday, with dinner service beginning Nov. 12. Perched on the third floor of Dior’s new Beverly Hills flagship at 323 North Rodeo Drive, the Peter Marino-designed space is flooded with natural light and offers a mix of indoor and outdoor seating, including a terrace and bar lounge for 105 guests.
Reservations are available online at monsieurdiorbeverlyhills.com. Daytime diners enter through the boutique, while a dedicated street-level entrance opens for evening service.
