August 18, 2026 (Fredericksburg, TX) — Stout’s Signature at Grape Creek Vineyards has been named to Wine Enthusiast’s list of the Best Winery Restaurants in the World, the only Texas restaurant to earn a spot on the global list. The recognition places Stout’s Signature alongside acclaimed restaurants from wine regions across the globe, from Napa to Tuscany to the Douro Valley.
Stout’s Signature has built its reputation on estate-driven Texas Hill Country cooking, from tenderloin bolognese and signature meatballs to a Sunday brunch regarded as one of the region’s best.
To celebrate the honor, Grape Creek Vineyards is opening a limited number of Friday and Saturday evening dinner reservations to the public for the first time, following the winery’s daily close. Stout’s Signature has long been available exclusively to Grape Creek wine club members, and this is a rare chance for others to experience the restaurant behind the recognition.

Reservations will be limited, and every dinner service will continue to hold a set number of tables just for wine club members, so the experience they love stays just as available to them as it’s always been.
