The Lounge at Bourbon Steak

OpenTable recently released its 2026 list of the Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America, and only one D.C. location made the list.

Tucked inside the Four Seasons Hotel, Bourbon Steak has established itself as a Georgetown staple since first opening in 2008. Now, shortly after this exciting distinction, the modern steakhouse’s lounge has undergone a full renovation and menu makeover.

So, what’s new inside Bourbon Lounge?

Georgetown’s historic residential salons inspire the look of the new Bourbon Lounge. Think warm lighting, custom furnishings, and a space that feels both intimate and welcoming.

The reimagined space also has its own cocktail program, offering a blend of classic and modern beverages. Pair your sips with some elevated bar bites, including Chef Michael Mina’s Bone Marrow Burger, Wagyu Skewers, Sesame Lobster Toast, and more.
