Led by executive sushi chef Akira Yang, the sushi program features a raw bar, globally inspired classic rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Specialty rolls anchor the menu, including signature variations like the Fuego roll, filled with hamachi and white tuna and topped with green tobiko, and the Black Diamond roll, which combines pressed rice, fresh unagi, masago and spicy tuna.
The restaurant has also introduced a rotating lineup of weekly specials, with highlights such as Baja fish tacos on Tuesdays, veal parmesan on Thursdays and a specialty prime rib with horseradish cream and au jus each Saturday.

Juniper’s signature gin and tonic is crafted with an indulgent blend of Jin Jinji gin, grapefruit cordial and premium tonic water.

The cocktail program was designed to bridge the gap between the restaurant’s local and global influences, encompassing everything from signature cocktails like the botanical yuzu-verbena gimlet and refreshing watermelon-flavored “Sucker Punch,” to an expansive wine list and a curated array of sake.
The interiors echo the restaurant’s menu, brought to life as a collaboration between Kehoe Designs and Hi-Fi Brands. The color palette draws upon deep blue hues and serene green tones, complemented by pops of red and wooden accents inspired by traditional Japanese design.

Juniper’s seared tuna bowl combines mango, tomatoes, radishes, avocado, macadamia nuts and miso vinaigrette.
