Miyoko’s Creamery is officially coming back
Miyoko’s Creamery has been noticeably absent from grocery store shelves recently—but that’s about to change. The popular plant-based dairy brand, which underwent a controversial change in ownership last year, has confirmed that its products will start returning to stores from May. It will begin with vegan butter and cream cheese, followed by other products, like slices and mozzarella, soon after. You can read more details about the plans here.
Vegan peanut butter cup s’mores kit debuts at Target
It might still be April, but we can’t help looking ahead to campouts and sitting around the fire this summer. And no campfire is complete without s’mores. Fortunately, Unreal has launched the ultimate vegan s’mores kit at Target. The new kit includes eight dark chocolate peanut butter cups from Unreal, graham crackers from Partake, and vegan marshmallows from Dandies. Three vegan favorites in one? Count us in.
Liquid Death’s new vegan drinks are inspired by our favorite snacks
Popular drinks brand Liquid Death, which specializes in low-calorie, vegan, and gluten-free beverages, is adding two new flavors to its lineup—both inspired by fan-favorite snacks. Per Snackolator, the first—Pop-Tarts Carnage—is a strawberry toaster pastry-flavored iced tea, while the second, Peanut Butter Cup, was created in collaboration with Feastables and is a soda-inspired sparkling water. Like the rest of the brand’s lineup, the new products will be packaged in “infinitely recyclable cans,” and a portion of the proceeds will go toward tackling plastic pollution.

Enjoy vegan egg tarts at this Mother’s Day afternoon tea in San Francisco
This Mother’s Day (May 10, in case you need a reminder), Little Moon Bakehouse is hosting a plant-based afternoon tea at the iconic Ferry Building Marketplace in San Francisco. Tickets include an array of vegan treats and pastries, including the bakehouse’s new vegan egg tarts. Other highlights include black sesame mini mooncakes, hot dog mini rolls, lemon tarts, and matcha blondies.

B&T’s Deli
Popular plant-based sandwich shop B&T’s Deli to close in Santa Monica, CA
B&T’s Deli, a favorite on Santa Monica’s vegan sandwich scene, is closing its doors. Founded by Brittany and Terrence Caldwell in 2024, the deli has spent more than two years serving flavor-packed sandwiches made with locally sourced, organic ingredients. If you want to try its hearty offerings—like The Meadow Soprano with marinated artichoke hearts or The Susie Green with whitefish-style celery root—you have until the end of April to do so.
“Thank you to our wonderful community for the support over the last 2.5 years,” the B&T Deli team posted on social media. “We laughed, we cried, we kibitzed, and we made real friends and relationships that weathered fires and collective ups and downs. We’re grateful for all the memories shared over yummy food, and we hope you keep us in your hearts.”
B&T’s Deli will close on April 30.
