A new fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is not just opening one restaurant, but two in Fort Worth.
GYROVA, selling wraps, bowls and pita pockets soft-launched in the Clifford Center this week. Another location on Beach Street will open in the next few weeks.
Similar to Cava or Luna Grill, GYROVA is a fast-causual Mediterranean restaurant with a Chipotle-style buffet to build your own meal from fresh ingredients by choosing a protein, toppings, dips, and sauces.
Protein options include chicken or beef shawarma, kafta, falafel and beef or lamb gyro meat. As for dips, they offer tzatziki, hummus, baba ganoush, garlic whip or harissa.
GYROVA’s signature saj wraps are made from fresh dough, pressed and cooked to order on a traditional saj grill. Their pita pockets are warmed in a specialty oven so they’re soft and fluffy.
Bowls start at $11.99, wraps start at $10.49 and pitas start at $8.99.
“I’ve spent years in the restaurant industry operating Mediterranean restaurants,” owner Baker Jaber told the Star-Telegram. “Through that experience, I saw an opportunity to create something more modern while staying true to the flavors and hospitality of Mediterranean cuisine. GYROVA is the result of that vision.”

When will GYROVA open?
The official grand opening for GYROVA in the Clifford Center will be on Monday, Aug. 10.
The Beach Street location does not yet have an exact opening date but is expected to open in three to four weeks.
GYROVA Mediterranean grill will open two Fort Worth locations. The first in the Clifford Center and the second on North Beach Street.
Where will the new fast-casual Greek restaurants be?
GYROVA is located at 301 Clifford Center Drive in Fort Worth near Loop 820. Their grand opening will be on Monday, Aug. 10 at 10:30 a.m.
The second location will be at 8561 N. Beach St. Both stores will be open daily, Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m .to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Guests can order online ahead of time for pickup and delivery or in-store for dine in or to-go.
