Wingstop #481, 109 Stonebridge Plaza Ave., North Chesterfield – The following finding was noted during a routine inspection: three employees were not wearing beard restraints.

Panda Express #2408, 7200 Tim Price Way, North Chesterfield – The following findings were noted during a routine inspection: raw onion was stored beneath raw beef in the walk-in cooler; a shelf beneath the soda dispenser was stained; and ice had accumulated near drain lines in the walk-in cooler where it could contact stored food.

Firehouse Subs #649, 12059 Southshore Point Drive, Midlothian – The following findings were noted during a routine inspection: an employee health policy was unavailable; and food debris had accumulated inside the microwave and on refrigerator door handles.

Wingstop #52667, 12547 Route 1, Chester – The following finding was noted during a routine inspection: condensation was dripping from the walk-in cooler ceiling.

Thai Richmond, 11500 Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 424, North Chesterfield – During a follow-up inspection, inspectors observed live roaches and mouse droppings remained beneath and around equipment.

Slay Burgers, 12519 Route 1, Chester – The following findings were noted during a routine inspection: a food employee handled raw chicken and then handled a wrapped hamburger; foods in the sandwich unit were above required cold-holding temperatures; cooked shaved steak, bacon and onions measuring 112 to 157 degrees were placed in refrigeration units to cool in large containers; food containers and sauce bottles were unlabeled; soda boxes and food-storage containers were stored on the floor; several employees wore bracelets and watches while preparing food; self-service forks and knives were stored with food-contact surfaces facing up; the sandwich unit was in disrepair; and personal belongings and drinks were stored around the kitchen prep area.
