DINERS who enjoy a burger at Outback Steakhouse may want to try a popular trick which is said to elevate their meal.
It involves adding a controversial side dish to your burger of choice.
According to Tasting Table, customers are bulking up their orders by adding a side of the Outback Steakhouse Tasmanian Chili.
This may seem controversial as the chili has divided customers before and is not known to be one of Outback’s most popular menu items.

However, Tasting Table insists that taking the top of your burger bun off and adding spoonfuls of the meat-based chili may change your mind on the dish and add more protein to your diet.
This would essentially turn a standard burger into a sloppy joe hybrid.

SMOKED OUT
Outback Steakhouse calls it quits as closure of decades-old location confirmed
A sloppy joe is already like a burger but features sauce heavy ground meat instead of a beef patty.
Diners could try this trick with either the Outbacker Burger or the Bloomin’ Burger.
It also won’t add too many more calories to your dish of choice.
The Outback Steakhouse website says the Tasmanian Chili contains 200 calories.
It simply describes the menu item as: “Spicy, all steak, no beans.”
If you like the sounds of that dish, Outback Steakhouse says you may also like to try the loaded baked potato soup, French onion soup or the Caesar side salad.
