A new restaurant concept is coming to downtown Raleigh.
Pizzeria di Territorio and attached speakeasy, Stoccaggio, is expected to open in early 2027 at 301 West Cabarrus St. in downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District. Owner Brian Wojick plans to serve Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh pasta, classic Italian cuisine and Italian-inspired cocktails, in addition to the Italian-inspired after-hours club.
“Pizzeria di Territorio, and our speakeasy Stoccaggio, will bring a unique and local twist to the traditional Italian pizzeria, focused on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and embracing regional traditions,” Wojick said to The N&O. “The Warehouse District is the perfect fit for us with the growing number of restaurants, bars and residents. We’re committed to being a positive addition to the community and eclectic culture of the neighborhood.”

The restaurant will feature an open kitchen centered around a 900-degree brick pizza oven imported from Italy, where guests can watch pizzas being prepared using house-made dough, sauces and fresh ingredients. While the speakeasy will feature specialty cocktails, wine and a unique selection of small plates in a more intimate setting, according to a press release.
Red Hat updates
The restaurant’s 3,500 square-feet space is minutes away from Red Hat amphitheater. The News & Observer recently reported that the new Red Hat amphitheater, which is currently under construction, will open in spring 2027.
In May, city officials gathered to sign a red, steel beam as part of a ceremonial “topping out” of the steel frame of the stage for the new venue.
Restaurant news
The N&O recently reported on other pizza-related openings and closings in the Triangle. Little Caesers will open its first Cary location in eight years in a standalone restaurant at 100 Wrenn Dr. And Georgina’s Restaurant & Pizzeria announced it would close its doors after 20 years in the busy Morrisville Market shopping center. The last day for Georgina’s was Monday, Aug. 31.
