Collegeville Italian Bakery Pizzeria Napoletana is taking orders for custom tomato pies featuring Penn State’s logo, as well as blue-and-white mini donuts ahead of Saturday’s noon football game against Temple at Lincoln Financial Field.
The pie is priced at $19, and the bucket of donuts is $39.99. Donuts are also available in trays of 50 or 100, and both items can be customized for Temple fans.
Located at 3846 Ridge Pike in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, the bakery is about an hour from Philadelphia, though customers should allow extra time for pickup because of game-day traffic.
The shop is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
In addition to game day specials, their menu features salads, sandwiches, wings, strombolis, burgers, hoagies, pasta, and desserts, including the Penn State Shake, a milkshake with blueberry waffle ice cream and chocolate bites. Catering options are available.
