Police are appealing for information after an unknown person forced their way into the Champion House restaurant in Crewe Road, Haslington.
On Wednesday 9 September, local residents witnessed the local eatery taped off with officers at the scene.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: “At 9.40am on Wednesday 9 September, police were called to reports of a burglary at a commercial premises on Crewe Road, Haslington.
“The caller reported unknown offender had forced entry into the building and stolen a quantity of cash from the till.”
