Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is reviving its annual Flashback Friday promotion, featuring two steakhouse-favorite dishes – the Famous Pork Chop Friday Lunch and Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich – for just 79 cents as a nod to 1979, when the restaurant started as a butcher shop in Houston.
This year’s edition is the largest yet: 200 guests at each of the six Houston-area locations will score one of two lunch dishes for 79 cents, up from previous years.
As stated, the coming promotion will feature two options: The long-running Famous Pork Chop Friday Lunch — a lunch-cut pork chop rubbed with a secret spice blend, cured, roasted, slow-smoked, and caramelized, served with whipped potatoes, homemade applesauce, and freshly baked bread — is joined this year by the Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich, pecan-wood fired and caramelized to order, served with French fries and horseradish cream.
Each location will have 100 cards for each dish, distributed first-come, first-served.
