Restaurants and fast food joints are rolling out budget-friendly burger deals for National Cheeseburger Day on Friday, Sept. 18. Here’s a list of places offering low- or no-cost burgers this week, and how you can get your hands on one.
Applebee’s Grill + Bar
The chain is offering a Classic Burger or Classic Cheeseburger with fries for $8.99 on Sept. 18. Customers can get the one-day deal on their to-go orders or while dining in.

Burger King
The fast food chain has been offering deals all week for its Royal Perk members to celebrate the holiday. According to a report from WFAA-TV (Channel 8), Burger King will have the following deals available for the remainder of the week:
Free hamburger on Sept. 17
Free Bacon Cheeseburger on Sept. 18
Free four-piece nuggets on Sept. 19
Free Original Chicken Sandwich on Sept. 20
A $3 minimum purchase is required to get the offers, which are available through the Burger King app or website.

Buffalo Wild Wings
The wing chain is offering customers who buy one burger a second one for free on Sept. 18, according to the Channel 8 report. The second burger has to be of equal or lesser value than the first.

Burger Schmurger’s Schmurger is a smashburger with American cheese, grilled onions, Schmurger Dills and Schmurger sauce.

East Dallas’ Burger Schmurger is celebrating the holiday with special hourly pricing on its signature Schmurger, or its classic cheeseburger, on Sept. 18. The Schmurger is a smashburger with American cheese, grilled onions, Schmurger Dills and Schmurger sauce.

The special prices, which start at $1, will change each hour, according to a news release. Burger Schmurger’s National Cheeseburger Day pricing is as follows:
1 to 2 p.m.: $1 Schmurgers
2 to 3 p.m.: $2 Schmurgers
3 to 4 p.m.: $3 Schmurgers
4 to 5 p.m.: $4 Schmurgers
This pricing is only available for dine-in customers, and modifications to the Schmurger are not allowed. Guests can order up to two promotional Schmurgers per person.

Dairy Queen
The chain is offering its rewards members a free single Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger with any app order of $1 or more, according to the website. The deal is available now through Sept. 18.

Customers must have or create a DQ Rewards account to receive the deal, and deals may take 24 hours to appear. The deal is limited to one per person.

Now through Sept. 18, Five Guys customers can buy any burger and get a burger of equal or lesser value free. The promotion is available through digital ordering only, according to the chain’s website.
To get the deal, customers can order through the Five Guys app or website and use the code BOGOBURGER at checkout for pickup or delivery. The code is good for a one-time use.

The fast food chain is offering a free Double Cheeseburger with a $1 minimum purchase at participating locations on Sept. 18, according to a report from People magazine.
The deal is available exclusively through the McDonald’s app for MyMcDonald’s Rewards members. It’s also limited to one offer per person.

On Sept. 18, the chain is offering its new and existing SmashRewards members any Smashburger for $1 at participating locations nationwide, according to the website.
