FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio –
Felonious Assault: Center Ridge Road
Officers responded at 1:41 p.m. on Sept. 8 to Chick-fil-A on Center Ridge Road on a report of two women fighting.
One woman was transported to Fairview Hospital for treatment, and a 36-year-old Fairview Park woman was arrested for felonious assault and taken to the North Olmsted Police Department to be held for court.
Assault: Lorain Road
Officers responded at 9:25 a.m. on Sept. 8 to an apartment building parking lot on Lorain Road for a report of two men fighting.
Following an investigation, a 46-year-old Twinsburg man was arrested for assault and obstructing official business, according to a police department press release. The man was taken to the North Olmsted Police Department to be held for court.
OVI: Mastick Road
Officers responded at 3:47 p.m. on Sept. 8 to a report of an SUV crashing into the wall on Mastick Road near Valley Parkway.
Officers noted the driver showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol, according to a police department press release. Mastick Road was temporarily closed.
Police cited the driver, a 66-year-old Olmsted Township woman, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken to Fairview Hospital for medical treatment.
