CLARK FREEPORT – Traditional Chinese and Taiwanese dishes get a contemporary treatment at Sun Moon Pavilion, the newest dining venture of Midori Hotel and Casino, offering diners a different way to enjoy familiar Asian flavors.
The restaurant combines traditional cuisine with modern presentation and a dining environment suited to family meals, private gatherings, and corporate functions.

Its culinary team led by executive chef Max Wang draws on professional kitchen excellence and knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cooking to deliver dishes that retain their traditional roots while offering a fresh dining experience.

For diners looking to sample a variety of dishes, the restaurant is offering unlimited dim sum for ₱999 per person, available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday, until Oct. 31.

An à la carte menu is also available, with additional menu selections planned for the coming month.
Beyond its food offerings, Sun Moon Pavilion provides spaces for gatherings of different sizes. Its main hall can accommodate around 120 guests, while a glass house can seat approximately 20. Two casitas, each designed for groups of about 12 to 14, are available for private dining and meetings.

The restaurant is part of Midori Hotel and Casino’s hospitality and dining portfolio, adding another venue for guests seeking Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine within the Clark Freeport Zone.
Located at the back of Midori Hotel and Casino, Sun Moon Pavilion is open Tuesday to Sunday, serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
