For years, Sushi Roku in Las Vegas has been the ideal spot for dinner with a mind-boggling array of Asian-inspired dishes. Well, now you can enjoy that menu at lunchtime! The restaurant at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace recently launched daily lunch service.

Available daily starting at noon, the restaurant will offer its signature menu throughout the day. That means get ready for delights like sushi and sashimi, robata skewers and signature dishes, including:

• Hanabi crispy rice, topped with spicy tuna, yellowtail, wagyu or avocado.

• White Lotus Roll, featuring popcorn shrimp tempura, avocado, asparagus, albacore and crispy onions.

• Tuna jalapeno with spicy tuns, avocado, tuna sashimi and yuzu olive oil.

• Tokubetsu, featuring crab and cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, black truffle pesto and yuzu vinaigrette.

In addition, Sushi Roku offers a happy hour from 4-6 p.m. daily, featuring classics like shishito peppers, vegetable tempura and ribeye-wrapped asparagus, as well as 2-ounce wine pours of Gambino prosecco, Stoneleigh sauvignon blanc and Failla pinot noir for $17 or 1.5-ounce sake pours of Elko Fuji, Ban Ryu Honjozu, Heavensake Junmai Ginjo and Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo for $34.
