Whether you’re looking to try somewhere new or revisit a longtime go-to, there will be plenty to taste around the Mile Square. Keep reading for everything you need to know about Hoboken Restaurant Week and how to take part.
About the Event
Hoboken Restaurant Week will take place from November 9–22, bringing together restaurants, cafés, bakeries, delis, bars, and other food and beverage businesses from across the Mile Square. The event is designed to spotlight Hoboken’s local dining scene, increase visibility for small businesses, and encourage residents and visitors to explore more of what the city has to offer.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to participating. Each business can create an offer that works for them, from prix-fixe menus and discounts to featured dishes, drink specials, and other promotions. The result is two weeks of different ways to dine, drink, and discover local businesses throughout Hoboken.

Hoboken Restaurant Week is produced by the Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA).

“Hoboken’s restaurants are at the heart of what makes our city such an incredible place to live, work, and visit,” said James Runkle, President of the Hoboken Business Alliance Board of Trustees. “Over a quarter of the city’s retail space is home to food and beverage establishments, and Hoboken Restaurant Week is an opportunity to spotlight the incredible variety and quality of our local dining scene while supporting the small businesses that help define Hoboken’s identity.”

Participating Businesses
According to the Hoboken Business Alliance, so far the following businesses will be participating in Hoboken Restaurant Week:

Rather than asking every participating business to fit into the same Restaurant Week model, Hoboken Restaurant Week was designed with the businesses themselves in mind. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, vendors, and other food businesses can participate in a way that makes sense for what they do, whether that means a prix-fixe menu, discount, featured item, happy hour promotion, or something completely unique to their business.
For example, Alessio’s Cafe will offer a three-course prix-fixe lunch Thursday through Sunday for $30, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Meanwhile, Cafe Michelina is taking a different approach with 15% off its menu during dinner service Monday through Thursday.
It’s this flexibility that gives businesses the opportunity to showcase what they do best while giving diners something different to discover at each participating spot.
Interested businesses can apply through October 31st HERE. Keep track of participating businesses HERE.
