Chef Nancy Silverton opened Spacca Tutto, a modern Italian steakhouse, on Oct. 15 at the recently reopened Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades.
The restaurant marks Silverton’s first venture on the Westside and is a partnership between Mozza Restaurant Group, Caruso Restaurant Group and New School Hospitality. Silverton said plans for the restaurant took shape after the January 2025 wildfires devastated Pacific Palisades.
Silverton’s other Los Angeles restaurants, including Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Mozza2Go and chi SPACCA, are clustered near Melrose and Highland avenues. The menu includes steaks ranging from individual 8- to 12-ounce cuts to larger 16- to 50-ounce steaks designed for sharing. Other dishes include Silverton’s Focaccia di Recco, Cantabrian anchovy crostini, lobster Newberg, whole branzino alla piastra and pollo alla diavola crostone. Lunch offerings include a dry-aged hanger steak sandwich, Nancy’s Burger and fried cod alla Mei Lin. Desserts include soft serve, a chocolate chip cookie skillet and chocolate mousse.
The restaurant’s central bar serves cocktails including martinis and negronis, along with Italian and California wines. The space, designed by AvroKO, includes indoor dining and a covered outdoor patio overlooking the Park at Palisades Village. The interior incorporates travertine, dark wood, brass accents and a hand-painted botanical mural.
Spacca Tutto is located at 15255 Palisades Village Lane. Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and dinner from 5-9 p.m.
