On Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 4 p.m. to close, Perry’s three Chicago-area restaurants in Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills will honor active and former U.S. military members with two dine-in offers: one complimentary Dinner-cut Pork Chop when dining with a guest who purchases one full-priced dinner entrée, or Perry’s 3-Course Military Menu for $39.

A Butcher Shop’s Chop
Perry’s began as a small butcher shop in 1979. Today its Dinner-cut Pork Chop is hand-selected in the Midwest specifically for Perry’s; the sweet, smoky, sizzling chop is cured, roasted, slow-smoked, and caramelized, then served with homemade applesauce.
On Veterans Day, each veteran receives one complimentary 32 oz. Dinner-cut Pork Chop when accompanied by one paying guest who orders one full-priced dinner entrée. Veterans dining alone or with other veterans receive the dinner-cut pork chop at half off the original price.

The $39 3-Course Military Menu, Served Until Close
Perry’s 3-Course Military Menu includes three courses with six choices each, featuring a selection of Perry’s Signature items. The menu is normally available daily before 6 p.m. On Veterans Day, it will be served from 4 p.m. to close, and veterans can order it for $39. The menu is available upon request.
