Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen received the top sales award for selling 630 PBLTs, which was 12 percent of the total items sold. The sandwich featured chipotle and orange-braised pork belly, esquites aioli, local heirloom tomato, and local leaf lettuce served on Texas toast. It has only a few tomatoes left, so the sandwich will be gone soon if it isn’t already.
