A popular Italian-inspired Lexington restaurant received some recognition from a trade publication recently.

Mileta was named one of FSR Magazine’s Top 50 Independent Restaurants in America.

The FSR (Full-Service Restaurant) list, which is in its fourth year, highlights “the mom-and-pop owners and teams creating experiences guests can’t find anywhere else.”

The magazine said the fine dining restaurant located at Fayette Mall “has quickly earned a place in Lexington’s dining scene by paring craft with genuine warmth.”
