NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A new Raising Cane’s is opening in Midtown, and the restaurant is rolling out the red carpet with free food, live music and a donation to a local animal group.
Raising Cane’s is opening its newest restaurant at 1819 Broadway on Monday, Sept. 21, just minutes from Vanderbilt University.

The party starts early at 8 a.m. with music, giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony before the doors officially open at 10 a.m.

The first 100 people in line will get a Raising Cane’s hat and a card for a free Box Combo while supplies last.
The restaurant will also present a $1,500 check to the Nashville Humane Association to help keep animals safe and healthy across Middle Tennessee.
There will be a live DJ in the morning and a special performance from musician Barrett from 5 to 6 p.m. 20 people ages 13 and up will win free Cane’s for a year in a drawing.
Anyone who wants to enter can do so between 6 and 7 p.m. and must be there when winners are announced.
This is the third Raising Cane’s in Nashville and the second near downtown, following the flagship that opened in June 2024.

The new restaurant was thoughtfully designed to serve Midtown Nashville’s diverse community of students, healthcare workers, young professionals, entertainment industry employees, tourists and families.
The new spot features Nashville-themed decor and artwork celebrating Raising Cane’s 30-year history and a menu full of fresh chicken, sides and drinks made by a team of 70 local crew members.

The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., serving everyone from students and healthcare workers to tourists and families looking for a meal at any hour.
Raising Cane’s is planning even more locations in the U.S. and around the world.
