Downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District is preparing to welcome two connected concepts from owner Brian Wojick, with Pizzeria di Territorio and Stoccaggio planned for 301 W. Cabarrus St., Suite 200, directly across from the Red Hat Amphitheater. Wojick told WhatNow Charlotte that both concepts are targeting Q1 2027, bringing a full-service Italian restaurant and an intimate speakeasy to the same address.
Pizzeria di Territorio will center its menu around artisanal Neapolitan pizza, with house-made dough, sauces, and fresh ingredients prepared in an open kitchen built around a 900-degree Italian brick pizza oven. The concept will also feature fresh pasta, Italian-inspired appetizers, entrees, homemade desserts, and a cocktail, wine, and beer program. The restaurant’s culinary direction is rooted in regional Italian traditions, with DOP-certified ingredients and a slow-fermented dough program planned alongside North Carolina produce, local dairy and herbs, and Italian imports such as San Marzano tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano, ‘Nduja, and Fior di Latte.
The restaurant’s name reflects that approach, with “di Territorio” referring to the idea of food being connected to the place it comes from. Hiring materials for the restaurant describe a menu spanning regional pizza styles, antipasti, salumi, formaggi, and seasonal specials, with dishes intended to reflect different areas of Italy.
Stoccaggio will offer a different experience within the same 3,500-square-foot space. The 25- to 30-seat speakeasy will focus on Italian-inspired small plates, including chicken Parm sliders, smoked Wagyu brisket BBQ flatbreads, lamb chops, and other shareable dishes. Its beverage program will lean into prohibition-era influences with premium Italian-inspired cocktails, wine, and an evening-focused atmosphere.
The entrance to Stoccaggio is expected to be tucked inside Pizzeria di Territorio, accessible through a storage-closet-style entry, while a separate exterior door will also serve the speakeasy.
“The Warehouse District is the perfect fit for us with the growing number of restaurants, bars and residents,” Wojick told WhatNow Charlotte. “We’re committed to being a positive addition to the community and eclectic culture of the neighborhood.”
Both Pizzeria di Territorio and Stoccaggio are expected to open in Q1 2027. The concepts are directing guests to their respective Pizzeria di Territorio and Stoccaggio social media channels for updates as construction and preparations continue.
Dining and Cooking
