He’s looking for potential franchisees to partner with and bring the restaurants to Lexington and to Central and Eastern Kentucky markets.

“We think expanding into Lexington and further east makes sense,” SirLouis said.

He said they do not have a timeline or specific locations in mind. Beef ‘O’ Brady’s works well in neighborhood shopping centers, where the restaurant can become a gathering place. The Brass Tap could work in downtown Lexington or someplace like Hamburg or Palomar, he said.

There are Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in Union, Louisville, Beaver Dam and Owensboro. Currently, there are no Brass Tap locations in Kentucky.
