WEST ALLIS — Wisconsin State Fair organizers are rolling out more than 80 new food and beverage items for the 2026 fair as the event marks its 175th anniversary, according to a release from the fair.
The Wisconsin State Fair, presented by T-Mobile, runs Aug. 6–16 at State Fair Park in West Allis.
The new-items list includes a range of additions, from Bloody Mary Mac Daddy — described as Bloody Mary mac and cheese topped with relish and chopped string cheese — to a “Chimi-Brat-Changa” and smoked pork pierogi sliders, according to the release. Organizers also highlighted Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery’s cheese curds, which the fair said have been named the official cheese curds of the Wisconsin State Fair. The release said Ellsworth will offer pre-packaged “Made Fresh for the Fair Pouches” for the first time in 2026, available exclusively at the Brad & Harry’s concession stand. The pouches are listed in five flavors: Natural Cheddar, Garlic, Pizza, Jalapeno and Dill Pickle.
To help fairgoers plan, the fair is directing visitors to an online “Food Finder,” described as a searchable tool for vendors and menu items across State Fair Park. The tool is available at wistatefair.com/fair/food-finder, according to the release.
The fair also announced four new food vendors are scheduled to make their Wisconsin State Fair debut in 2026, with details and locations posted at wistatefair.com/fair/new-vendors.
Several food-related promotions and discounts were also included in the announcement. Organizers said “Crazy Grazin’ Day” is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 11, with reduced-price offers on select State Fair foods. A “Crazy Grazin’ Map” is expected to be posted online in the coming weeks, the release said.
The fair also said it will again offer an $11 meal deal, with more than 20 meal offerings available throughout the fair’s run.
For cream puff fans, the release said Chocolate Cream Puffs will return, and a limited-edition flavor — the “Fair-aschino Cherry Cream Puff: A Cheers to 175 Years!” — is planned in limited batches at the Dairy Building.
Organizers also promoted additional pre-fair deals, including an online Bargain Book and cream puff six-packs, along with souvenir cups tied to the fair’s anniversary year.
The release also included an admission ticket price reminder: adult admission tickets are listed at $17 through 11:59 p.m. July 19, and will increase to $20 starting July 20.
