Living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, has many advantages. Yeah, it’s outrageously expensive too. But you’ll get a lot for that money, right?
But there are some things that Jackson does not have that are seen as essential when living in Wyoming. Like having a TACO BELL! That, according to the young lady in the video below. Personally, I would prefer a Taco John’s, especially since that restaurant chain was created in Wyoming.
Jackson does have a Wendy’s, a McDonald’s, and a Dairy Queen. They even have a Subway, a Quiznos, and a Domino’s Pizza. Most of the rest of the restaurants that would be considered “fast food” are not major name brands.
Did you know that Maveric convenience stores are listed under FAST FOOD? What was news to me.
I was shocked to find a Walmart in Jackson. I thought Walmart was too low-class for them, but there it is.

Not one dollar store of any kind exists in Jackson. I would think they need one so that the average Joe employee could afford the basics. But — NOPE!
Grocery stores in Jackson are the typical name-brand stores that are found anywhere else in the state or region.
As you might imagine, there is a lot of specialty shopping as well as dining in Jackson. That is what people go there for. If you want the major chain establishments that are found in most towns, well, Jackson is not most towns, and the people who live there don’t want it that way.
