ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Three people were injured in a shooting Saturday night at Chicago Fish & Chicken Grill in the 2900 block of Gravois Avenue.
Police were called to the restaurant shortly after 10:30 p.m.
Arriving officers found a 26-year-old man shot in the head. He was taken to the hospital and later listed as critical with death imminent.
Another shooting victim left the scene before officers arrived and was later taken to the hospital.
Outside of the restaurant, police found four people, one of whom has been identified as the suspect, Martezz Bost.
Charging documents state that surveillance video shows a bystander speaking to a clerk about an order, while the man later dropped off at the hospital is seen standing behind him with what appears to be a gun on him.
When Bost is seen entering the store with two other people, they notice the man with the gun. When that man attempts to leave, Bost stops him, and the man is seen raising his hands to indicate he is only trying to leave.
Authorities said Bost then drew his gun and fired numerous rounds at the man. One of the bullets hit the man in his upper lip.
A second bullet hit the bystander in the head, causing him to collapse to the ground.
On Tuesday, police announced that Bost, 18, was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution.

Court documents state that Bost admitted to giving the gun to a friend shortly after the shooting.
