EAGLE — A Utah-based restaurant is making its Idaho debut later this month.
Vessel Kitchen, which describes itself as a fast-casual eatery known for its globally inspired, chef-driven dishes, will open in downtown Eagle on Thursday, June 18 in the Hemingway, 55 E. State St.
The Eagle location will be Vessel’s first outside of Utah. The restaurant launched in Park City in 2016 and also operates in Logan, Orem, Farmington, American Fork, Sandy, Midvale and Salt Lake City.
“Vessel is more than just a restaurant; it’s a hub for people who want to eat well and live better,” Roe’e Levy, founder of Vessel Kitchen, said in a news release. “The energy, the active culture, and the welcoming community in Eagle make it the absolute perfect fit for our next chapter. I’m incredibly proud to bring Vessel Kitchen to Idaho.”
Vessel’s menu features “meals that are both nourishing and craveable,” including bowls, salads, naan tacos, grilled proteins and scratch-made sides, which the release states are “all prepared fresh daily.”
“Designed to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and lifestyles, the menu offers customizable options that make high-quality food approachable for everyone,” the release states.
The Eagle location will offer indoor dining as well as patio seating.
Vessel’s grand opening event in Eagle, beginning at 10:45 a.m. on June 18, will feature giveaways, live music and more throughout opening week.
The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
