FRANKLIN – POP Hospitality Group has opened Bravado Small Plates & Pizzabar at 1770 Galleria Blvd. in Cool Springs, the space once known as Pie in the Sky Pizza and later Honeysuckle. Dinner service began Sept. 23. Bravado is the newest addition to a Nashville restaurant family built over 25 years, joining The Row, NashHouse and Treehouse.
The full menu rolls out over the next two weeks. Brunch launches Saturday, Oct. 3, with weekend hours of 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. Lunch launches Monday, Oct. 5, marking Bravado’s grand opening with full lunch and dinner service: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday. Until then, dinner is served 4-9 p.m. daily.
Led by accomplished Chef Sean Foley, the kitchen centers on hand-crafted pasta, wood-fired Neo-Neapolitan pizza and shareable European small plates built on a clean-food foundation. No seed oils, imported Italian flour, imported cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and imported Italian vine-ripened tomatoes. A curated cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage program completes a menu designed for full service, shared-style dining.
“Twenty-five years ago, we started with pizza and passion,” said Kelly Black, founder and operator of POP Hospitality Group. “We are taking all that we have learned and pouring it into our newest creation. Bravado is exceptional in its ingredients and bold in its flavors. We are very proud to be serving this food to our family and friends.”
As part of the company’s longtime commitment to giving back, Bravado joins the mission of supporting non-profit organizations in Middle Tennessee and beyond with food donations and service projects. Over the past year, more than 3,000 people have been fed through POP Hospitality’s work with local agencies in the fight against food insecurity, homelessness, cancer and drug addiction, to name a few. Kelly and Caroline Black believe that the power of giving helps transform communities and is part of their recipe for success.
