Rock Row said the new phase will include five new buildings and is intended to connect different parts of the campus to create a more complete mixed-use district where people can live, work, shop and dine.

The development also announced that the planned 120-room hotel will be an Element by Westin.

Rock Row said Cheese Louise and Asador Grill have previously been announced as restaurant tenants. Additional local, regional and national brands are expected.

Plans also include 943 new parking spaces and a new 1,200-foot stretch of Nason’s Brook walking trail.

Rock Row shared new details this week, saying it plans to highlight each Phase III parcel individually in the coming weeks, along with renderings and additional information about what residents can expect.
