“Celebrating 60 years is an incredible milestone, but what we’re celebrating most are the people who made it possible,” said Dina Chatzopoulos Bajko, owner of Chip’s Family Restaurant. “For six decades, families have welcomed us into their traditions and milestones, and we’ve had the privilege of watching generations grow up around our tables. Seeing children become parents and grandparents return with their families is something truly special. We are deeply grateful to every guest, employee, and community member who has supported us over the years. This anniversary is our way of saying thank you for allowing Chip’s to be part of so many cherished memories.”
