The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual restaurant brand rooted in authentic Greek flavors and cuisine, announced its expansion into Maryland with the opening of a new restaurant in northern Baltimore County.
Located at 1830 York Road, Suite A, in Timonium, the 1,800-square-foot restaurant seeks to offer fresh Mediterranean meals in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The new Great Greek Mediterranean Grill franchise is owned by Muhammad Sohail, a restaurateur and multibrand franchise proprietor.
“I’m thrilled to bring The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill to Timonium,” said Sohail, a native of Pakistan who has resided in the U.S. for 17 years.
“I love serving guests meals that make them happy, and it’s exciting to see them return to experience our hospitality again and again.”
Great Greek’s Mediterranean-inspired menu features fresh bowls, pitas, gyros and family feasts along with customizable rice bowls, salads and pita wraps. Protein choices range from gyro meat to salmon; the brand’s made-to-order Feta Fries, house-made dips, baklava ice cream and rice pudding are customer favorites, the business said.
The Timonium restaurant will offer dine-in and takeout service, and catering for corporate events, community gatherings and family celebrations, a release says. The establishment opens from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Sunday.
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, the brand operates more than 90 restaurants across 22 states and internationally.
