Surprise is home to America’s worst-rated McDonald’s

SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) — It may come as a surprise that the worst-rated McDonald’s restaurant is right here in the Valley.

With an average of 1.55 stars on Google reviews, the McDonald’s on North 163rd Avenue in Surprise has the fewest positive reviews.

“By far the worst service of any McDonald’s,” one reviewer wrote last week, while another said: “Drive thru times are horrendous here, even when there’s low traffic.”

The figures come from web SEO experts at SEO Backlinks, who pulled the Google Maps listings for McDonald’s restaurants across the US and ranked them by their exact average rating.

“Every McDonald’s sells the same menu at much the same price, so the star rating on Google is the only thing that sets one apart from the next,” Oliver Weston, Founder of SEO Backlinks, said.

According to SEO Backlinks, here are America’s worst- and best-rated McDonald’s.
