A variety of competitions will be held to exhibit home and craft, fine art, livestock, and animals, celebrating the talents of our local farmers and artists. A deeply rooted tradition of agriculture that has followed the fair since its beginning.
‘Rooted in fun’ is the theme of the upcoming fair, reflecting the agriculture, food, exhibits, and family traditions that have been part of the fair since 1869. What makes the South Carolina State Fair so special is the way it brings people together year after year… As communities across the country recognize America 250, we’re proud to celebrate South Carolina’s place in that story while continuing to create new memories for generations to come,” said Smith
