A festive family Halloween event co-sponsored by Hudson Daybreak Rotary and the Rotary Club of Hudson. Activities include horse-drawn wagon rides, pumpkin decorating, a petting zoo, games and food. Costume contest features cash prizes for top five “Best Costumes” in four age groups (4 and younger; 5–7; 8–10; 11 and up). Best Group prizes: 45/25. Best of Show: $150. Professionally trained instructor Diana Hirte guides participants through tempering chocolate, filling silicone molds and creating truffle creams infused with gourmet balsamic vinegars — blackberry, raspberry, espresso, maple and more. Participants take home 18 handcrafted truffles in a candy box plus a recipe sheet. Bring your own beverage. Class limited to 12. Ages 13 and up.
