2026 Michelin Guide American South Restaurant Ceremony in Nashville (The Bama Buzz)
It was a busy night for Alabama restaurants at the 2026 Michelin Guide American South Restaurant Ceremony in Nashville on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
17 total restaurants from across the state were recognized this year including three new ones and 14 retaining their honors from the inaugural American South selection in 2025.
Jared Patterson, who serves as the general manager at Little Betty Steak Bar in Mountain Brook, received the 2026 Michelin Service Award. It’s the second straight year someone from Alabama earned that recognition, following Bottega owner Pardis Stitt.
