Halloween is almost here, and the University of Alabama is giving families another opportunity to get the kids dressed up, collect some candy and enjoy an evening of fun with the Crimson Tide.

Alabama Athletics’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is hosting its annual Halloween Extravaganza on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the Hank Crisp Indoor Football Facility in Tuscaloosa.

The event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m., giving families an hour and a half of Halloween activities ahead of the holiday.

Organizers are encouraging children ages 13 and younger to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes and enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating, games and seasonal entertainment.

Whether your little one plans to dress as a superhero, princess, favorite cartoon character or something a little spooky, the event offers another chance to put that Halloween costume to good use.But the evening isn’t just about collecting candy.

Alabama Athletics is also encouraging attendees to bring nonperishable food items to support the university’s Beat Auburn Beat Hunger campaign.

The annual initiative uses the excitement surrounding the Alabama-Auburn rivalry to encourage food donations and help address hunger in the community.

Families attending the Halloween Extravaganza can contribute to that effort while enjoying the festivities. The event provides an opportunity for young Crimson Tide fans to experience a different side of Alabama Athletics, with the Hank Crisp Indoor Football Facility serving as the setting for the celebration.

For parents looking to add another Halloween activity to their calendars, the event comes just five days before Halloween.

The Halloween Extravaganza is scheduled for Monday, October 26, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hank Crisp Indoor Football Facility in Tuscaloosa.
