The Thanksgiving Day menu features herb-roasted turkey, maple-glazed Virginia ham, seasonal sides, classic desserts and family-style takeaway meals.

CALLICOON, N.Y. (TIP): Villa Roma Resort will celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional family-style dinner at its Alba Nuova restaurant on November 26, bringing together classic holiday recipes, seasonal ingredients and familiar festive favourites.
The Thanksgiving menu opens with relish and antipasti platters, followed by a choice of classic meat ragù lasagna or butternut squash soup. The salad course features mixed greens with beets, hard-boiled eggs and champagne vinaigrette.
The main course features herb-roasted turkey and maple-glazed Virginia ham, served with turkey gravy, traditional stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce. Accompaniments include Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, steamed green beans and Parmesan-crusted cauliflower au gratin.
Dessert completes the meal with pumpkin pie topped with maple whipped cream, pecan pie with whipped cream and apple pie, followed by coffee service. Family-style takeaway meals will also be available for guests who prefer to celebrate Thanksgiving at home.
Commenting on the Thanksgiving dining experience, Sandeep Wadhwa, Chairman, Villa Roma Resort and FAY Investment Group, said, “Thanksgiving has a special place in American food traditions, with families gathering around the table to enjoy recipes that have been part of the celebration for generations. At Alba Nuova, the menu brings together familiar Thanksgiving favourites, from herb-roasted turkey and traditional sides to classic pies. The family-style format makes the meal an occasion to share, whether guests are celebrating at the resort or enjoying takeaway dinner at home.”
