Chef Nar Singh Appointed as Assistant Sous Chef at Bhog Indian Restaurant

Bhog Indian Restaurant in Somerset, New Jersey, has appointed Chef Nar Singh as Assistant Sous Chef.
Chef Nar brings nearly 14 years of experience in the food and beverage industry across India and the United States, with a focus on Indian curry and tandoor cuisine.

Prior to joining Bhog Indian Restaurant, Chef Nar worked with Chote Nawab (Jashan by Dhaba) in the United States, where he was involved in curry and tandoor operations.
His career in India includes culinary roles at Shangri-La Bengaluru, The Leela Bhartiya City and Shangri-La, Connaught Place. His experience across hotels and restaurants has covered kitchen operations, food preparation, Indian cuisine and maintaining consistency in professional kitchen environments.
At Bhog Indian Restaurant, Chef Nar will contribute to kitchen operations, menu execution and quality control, while supporting the preparation and development of Indian dishes.
His experience across India and the United States includes working in different restaurant and hospitality environments and adapting Indian cooking techniques to varied dining markets.
Chef Nar’s culinary background is centred on Indian curry and tandoor cuisine, with experience in both hotel and restaurant kitchens.
