The restaurant received an 87 on Aug. 27. Violations included:

Raw chicken stored over vegetables

“Crawling pests on walls”

The restaurant is located at 14601 Statesville Rd in Huntersville. It received another “B” in October 2025.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar of Ballantyne

The restaurant received an 85 on Aug. 26. Violations included:

Raw meat stored incorrectly

Cold holding at wrong temperature

The restaurant is located at 15105 John J Delaney Dr, Suite A in Charlotte. This is the restaurant’s first score that isn’t an “A”.

Le Kebab Grill

The restaurant received an 86 on Aug. 21. Violations included:

Person in charge unable to answer questions

No certified food protection manager on site

Cooling unit at wrong temperature

Some food purchased from food truck, not wholesale supplier

Inconsistent date marking

The restaurant is located at 350 E. McCullough Dr in Charlotte. This is the restaurant’s first score that isn’t an “A”.

Mecklenburg County sanitation scores

The Mecklenburg County sanitation grades database shows that at least 142 restaurants were inspected Aug. 21-27. The other restaurants received an A grade, or a score of at least 90%.

In North Carolina, permits are immediately revoked if a restaurant scores below 70%. You can search restaurant inspections at public.cdpehs.com.
