Potbelly Opens in West McKinney, Texas

Potbelly, the iconic neighborhood sandwich shop known for its great food and good vibes, announced today the opening of a new shop in the DFW market. The new location brings Potbelly to the Stonebridge Ranch community of McKinney, one of the largest suburbs in the Metroplex.

Opening on Saturday, September 5, the new shop is located in the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops near the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Stonebridge Drive (3200 S. Stonebridge Dr., Suite 108). Situated at the southern edge of Stonebridge Ranch, the well-known master planned community, the shop gives nearby families, students, professionals and businesses a new go-to dining spot, whether grabbing a quick lunch, picking up dinner for the family or bringing Potbelly catering to a school, office or neighborhood gathering. The new shop will serve the oven-toasted sandwiches Potbelly is known for, along with wraps, signature salads, hand-dipped shakes, freshly baked cookies and other craveable menu favorites.

Potbelly in West McKinney is owned and operated by father-son duo Barry and Remington Burke of Burke Restaurant Group, who bring decades of combined experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, franchising and entrepreneurship. The Burkes have long seen strong potential for Potbelly in West McKinney, drawn to the area’s growth and neighborhood-driven character. Looking ahead, the Burkes also plan to bring Potbelly to additional neighborhoods across North and East Texas as part of their 15-shop development agreement, furthering their investment in the region.

Joining more than 65 locations across Texas and dozens in the DFW market, the West McKinney shop will offer convenient options for lunch, dinner and everything in between. Regular operating hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
