Chef Vedant Kool Appointed as Executive Chef at Z Hotels
Z Hotels has appointed Chef Vedant Kool as Executive Chef, adding culinary leadership to its expanding hotel portfolio.
Vedant brings experience across hotel kitchen operations, culinary management and regional cuisine. Before joining Z Hotels, he served in a senior culinary role at IHCL Vivanta in Mumbai, where he was involved in day-to-day kitchen operations and food and beverage activities.
His previous experience includes culinary roles with JW Marriott and Radisson Blu, giving him exposure to large-scale hotel kitchens, food production, kitchen management and service operations.
Vedant has also travelled across India, gaining exposure to regional cuisines and local food traditions. His experience includes kitchen operations, culinary standards and team management across different hospitality environments.
In his new role at Z Hotels, Vedant will oversee the group’s culinary operations across its portfolio. His responsibilities will include developing dining concepts, standardising kitchen processes, supporting menu development and maintaining food quality and operational standards across properties.
He will also work with hotel teams on culinary operations and kitchen efficiency as Z Hotels continues to expand its presence across markets.
