Bistecca & Bones Italian Chophouse, a new concept from the team behind Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar, is coming to High Street at City North in Phoenix, bringing an Italian chophouse experience with an anticipated opening in Spring 2027.
An extension of the popular Arizona original, Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar, Bistecca & Bones brings the traditions of a Florentine steakhouse, with its signature focus on premium cuts, elevated dining and hospitality and a curated selection of fresh pasta made in-house daily.
“In our recent travels, we were inspired, as many are, by some of the incomparable dining traditions of Italy, especially in Tuscany,” stated S. Barrett Rinzler, founder and CEO of Square One Concepts, in a news release. “It was special for us to add to what we already know from Bourbon & Bones and create this concept. We are very excited about Bistecca & Bones and how it will resonate with our customers.”
The concept at 5310 E High St, Ste. 101 E. High St. will feature a robust steak program akin to Bourbon & Bones with the star of the show, the Bistecca Fiorentina, a massive 40-ounce Porterhouse served flaming and sliced tableside.
The approximate 7,500-square-foot main restaurant interiors will feature an extensive wine collection, an expansive bar, and a display of fresh fish and shellfish giving guests the opportunity to see the selection firsthand, while showcasing the culinary team’s preparation and plating of seafood.
The interiors of Bistecca & Bones draw inspiration from Italianate architecture and design, creating a warm, sophisticated setting that blends classic Tuscan character with a contemporary chophouse vibe. Rich wood tones, natural stone, marble accents and layered lighting are envisioned throughout the space, complemented by a 700-square-foot patio. The overall design is polished and inviting, creating a space equally suited for an intimate dinner, a celebratory evening or a simple stop at the bar.
In addition to the main dining room, Bistecca & Bones will feature 2,200 square feet of private space, accommodating up to 100 guests for celebrations, corporate gatherings and other private events.
The High Street location is anticipated to open in Spring 2027, with additional details, renderings and announcements to be shared as the project progresses.
