A new downtown Columbus restaurant is serving up more than just dinner.
BROUGHT TO YOU BY
SAGE, the latest restaurant from the creators of Rishi Sushi Kitchen & Bar, recently opened at 114 N. Third St. in the former Rishi space.
“We are OPEN,” the restaurant announced via social media. “A long period of hard work, heart, and vision to bring Columbus a new concept that connects community, experiences, and culinary innovation is finally here! We can’t wait to share it with you!”
After closing Rishi in January, the duo behind the sushi spot is back in action with a new concept. Sudhir Dubey and chef David Kim, who opened Rishi together in 2014, have reunited for SAGE, a restaurant that pairs Asian-inspired dishes and cocktails with a rotating lineup of events.
The concept promises “a space where dinner isn’t just dinner and a drink isn’t just a drink.” Along with an elevated Asian-inspired menu and cocktails, SAGE plans to offer rotating entertainment and curated events, including live music, guest chefs, tastings, cooking events, DJs, omakase, and so much more.
The menu includes Crab Rangoon made with real lump crab meat, along with Hamachi Tartare, Asian-inspired Loaded Nachos, Crispy Rice, and Goguma Corn Fritters. Entrees include Miso Salmon, Uni Pasta and Teriyaki Chicken—just to name a few.
SAGE is located at 114 N. Third St. and is currently open Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. You can see the full menu here and follow along here for updates and announcements.
