Houston – Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in Houston’s Galleria is celebrating its 45th anniversary with new menu additions, signature favorites and plenty of options for special occasions.

Houston Life stopped by the upscale steakhouse to meet Chef Ariel Fox, a winner of Season 18 of Hell’s Kitchen, and get a taste of what’s new this fall.

The menu features fresh additions to the raw bar, including yellowtail crudo with Asian pear ponzu and ahi tuna poke crispy rice. Guests can also enjoy popular appetizers, such as Wagyu meatballs and a refreshed take on the classic Caesar salad.

Additional entrees include winter salmon with bok choy and roasted fennel, along with lamb for guests looking beyond steak. To finish the meal, diners can share the restaurant’s signature butter cake, served warm with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Beyond the menu, Del Frisco’s offers private dining rooms for holiday parties, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and corporate gatherings. Its wine list also provides pairings to complement the restaurant’s menu.
